A gambler walked away with a jackpot prize after betting some change on a slot machine in Las Vegas.

Now, the visitor is $19,627.01 richer.

The player sat at a piggy-bank themed slot machine at The Orleans Hotel & Casino, the casino said in a March 26 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The gambler bet 88 cents, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

“Jackpot alert! This lucky winner just added $19,628 to their piggy bank!” the casino said in the post.

Another visitor won a jackpot at the same casino recently.

The player bet $1 on a Dragon Link slot machine and won more than $18,000, the casino said in a Feb. 28 post.

The Orleans is a Mardi Gras-themed hotel and casino that’s about a 2-mile drive southwest from the Las Vegas Strip.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.
