Gambler bets $2 on slot machine — then wins life-changing prize at Las Vegas casino
A gambler got lucky at a slot machine in Las Vegas and won a life-changing prize.
The visitor sat at a Dollar Storm slot machine at Circa Resort & Casino, the casino said in a March 22 Facebook post.
The player bet $2, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen.
Then a jackpot message appeared saying the player had won $1,016,145.14.
“The storm rolled in, and James cashed out,” the casino wrote. “Late last night, a lucky run on one of our Dollar Storm slots turned into a $1,016,145.14 payday.”
Hundreds of Facebook users commented on the big win.
“Betting $2 and only had $2.10 left when he hit it. Amazing!!!” one person wrote.
“Wow! I was playing next to him at other machines last night. Who knew I was sitting next to a millionaire,” another person commented.
“I was there and it was amazing to be able to witness that! Congratulations,” someone else said.
Circa Resort & Casino is on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
