Coronavirus update, Nov. 3: Where Stanislaus stands on key measure tied to mask order

Stanislaus County reported zero deaths to COVID-19 on Tuesday but continued to stagnate on a key measure that could end its mask mandate.

The death toll remained at 1,359 residents since April 2020, the Health Services Agency said.
