Two restaurants moving into Riverbank’s Crossroads West. One is new to Stanislaus County

Two new restaurants have signed leases in Riverbank’s Crossroads West shopping center, according to a commercial real estate firm.

A map on the John Cumbelich & Associates website shows 88 Bao Bao and Royal Pan Chinese are being constructed at the Oakdale Road side of the center.

88 Bao Bao is a chain dim sum restaurant with 11 locations — all in California. Currently, the closest location to Stanislaus County is in Stockton.

The restaurant was established in 2018 with the first location in Dublin. It serves steamed dumplings and buns, pan-fried potstickers, ramen and more.

Customers can also order frozen dumplings to take home.

Neither a website nor social media accounts could be found for Royal Pan Chinese containing more information.

Other confirmed restaurants being built in Crossroads West are Wendy’s and Raising Cane’s.

Seven other units in the shopping center are under lease negotiations, according to John Cumbelich & Associates. Five units have letters of intent in negotiation.
