Another concert has been added to the 2026 season at the Fruit Yard Amphitheater.

Mitchell Tenpenny will bring his “Speed of Light Tour 2026” to the Modesto venue at 7 p.m. May 23.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 30.

Tenpenny is a country pop singer-songwriter whose chart topping hits include “Drunk Me,” “Truth About You” and “At The End of a Bar.”

He just released his latest song on Jan. 23, “You Phase,” through Sony Music Nashville, co-written with Andy Albert and Cory Crowder.

According to an online story on Country Now, the new release comes after his October single, “Therapy,” as well as recent collaborations incuding “The Getaway” with The Strike, “Realize” with Colbie Caillat and “Says I Can” with Kane Brown and Scotty McCreery.

Tenpenny joins country music artist Warren Zeiders, set to perform April 22, on the Fruit Yard’s new season roster.

Officially called The Fruit Yard Chicken Ranch Casino Resort Amphitheater, it’s at 7948 Yosemite Blvd. There is lawn and reserved seating to accommodate about 3,500 people.

Tickets for Tenpenny’s show will be available at Ticketmaster.com. For more on the venue, see www.thefruityardevents.com.
