The “Vicki Lawrence & Mama: A Two-Woman Show,” featuring the Emmy Award-winning comedienne, will play at the Gallo Center. Lawrence was part of the legendary cast of “The Carol Burnett Show.“ On that show, she created the character of Thelma Harper, better known as “Mama.“ Lawrence later starred in “Mama’s Family“ for a six-year run. Limited tickets were available.

Ten Tenors

The Ten Tenors are on a 30th anniversary world tour that will make a stop at the Gallo Center. Formed in 1995, the Australian ensemble’s signature music features 10-part harmonies. The group performs a range of selections including operatic arias, soulful ballads, pop and rock hits.

Revisiting Creedence

Dan McGuinness and Kurt Griffey performed for a decade with Creedence Clearwater Revival’s founding members Stu Cook and Doug Clifford. The two bring their tribute group Revisiting Creedence to the Gallo Center. Griffey (lead guitar) and McGuinness (lead vocal) will perform the classic rock band’s famed hits.

Music Festival

Community members are invited to attend the two-day Stanislaus County Music Festival at Modesto Junior College. The event features the high school and junior high school Honor Choir on Friday evening and high school and junior high school Honor Orchestra on Saturday afternoon, with the high school and junior high school Honor Band performing in the evening. The groups feature students from schools throughout the greater Modesto region.

“Festival of the Arts”

The Artist Collective announces “The Festival of the Arts at the Graffiti USA Museum: The Reunion Exhibit.” The show features artists and their works from the former Mistlin and Chartreuse Muse galleries. Cabaret shows will be held during the exhibit featuring local musicians. A reception is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 13.
