An eclectic lineup of humor, music and a Spanish-language guide to relationships will entertain audiences at a Modesto region theater in 2026.

Turlock Community Theatre has announced a handful of shows for early in the new year, with favorites such as Garrison Keillor and hitmakers the Marshall Tucker Band.

Performers are being posted on the theater’s website as they are signed, Managing Director Kit Casey said in an email. There are at least three more shows expected to be announced in January, with those shows scheduled for April and May.

Here’s a look at what’s currently planned:

Garrison Keillor: The storyteller offers a nostalgic version of his famous radio show, “A Prairie Home Companion.” It features stories, poetry and music. Guest musician Richard Dworsky will join the Turlock show. 7:30 p.m. Jan. 11. Tickets $32.50-$59.50.

Dr. Cesar Lozano: Lozano brings his motivational show “Mujeres Difíciles, Hombres Complicados” to the theater. The Spanish-language presentation is a blend of humor, real-life experiences and practical advice to help audiences better understand relationships, communication and personal growth. 8 p.m. Jan. 23. Tickets: $51-$129.75.

K-POP STARS LIVE SHOW: A tribute to the global K-Pop movement. The live show features music inspired by BTS, Blackpink and Huntrix & Saja Boys (“K-Pop Demon Hunters”), brought to life through choreography, costumes and special effects. 4 and 6:30 p.m. Jan. 24. Tickets: $39.19-$49.87

Sheng Wang: The comedian, actor and writer will perform on his current stand-up comedy tour. Wang’s Netflix special, “Sweet & Juicy,” was “praised for his laid-back delivery and sharp observations on everyday life,” according to the Turlock theater’s website. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12. Tickets $43-$57.

The Marshall Tucker Band: The southern rock group originated in 1972. The band boasts more than 20 studio albums and several live releases, with multiplatinum sales. The group’s hits include “Heard It in a Love Song,” “Can’t You See,” “Fire on the Mountain,” “Ramblin” and “Long Hard Ride.” 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22. Tickets $64-$84.
