Turlock theater announces shows for 2024-25 season. See who’s playing, when tickets go on sale
Turlock Community Theatre is taking a new route in announcing its 2024-25 season lineup.
Instead of one announcement for the entire season, shows will be announced as they’re booked, according to an email from Managing Director Kit Casey.
That way, they can get the shows on sale sooner, rather than wait until all are scheduled.
So far, there are four shows on the roster for the upcoming season at the Turlock venue: a pair of comedians, a classic rock band and a country music singer.
There will be more shows to come for the season, according to Casey’s email.
Here’s whats planned so far:
Comedian and actor Frankie Quiñones will play Saturday, Sept. 14, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $39-$65 and on sale now. Quiñones stars in Hulu’s “This Fool.”
Three Dog Night will bring its classic hits Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $54-$105 and will go on sale to the public Friday, July 26, at 10 a.m. The band is known for songs such “Mama Told Me (Not To Come),” “Joy to the World,” “Black and White,” “Shambala” and “One.”
Country singer Deana Carter will play Thursday, Oct. 17, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, $33-$64, also go on sale 10 a.m. July 26. Carter is known for the hits “Strawberry Wine” and “You & Tequila.”
Comedian Rene Vaca will perform Saturday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, $33-$59.50, are on sale now. Vaca won the 2021 “Stand Up NBC” competition. His show is for mature audiences.
