Enochs will be featured team at Modesto QB Club meeting

The Modesto Community Quarterback Club will hold its weekly meeting Monday at noon at Coach’s Corner, 950-E Oakdale Road.

A buffet lunch will be served for $10.

The meetings honor one of the city’s 11 teams: Beyer, Big Valley Christian, Central Catholic, Davis, Downey, Enochs, Gregori, Johansen, Modesto, Modesto Christian and Modesto Junior College. This week’s featured team will be Enochs, which fell to 0-4 after losing to Central Valley 42-21 on Friday.

Coaches discuss their team’s previous and upcoming games and answer questions from the audience. Schools earn points for attendance at meetings and at the end of the season get a share of the club’s proceeds based on the percentage of meetings attended.
