High school football rankings: Two unbeaten teams remain. See how the Top 10 fared in Week 2

Just a pair of unbeaten teams are left in the Stanislaus District’s Top 10 after an exciting Week 2 slate. Downey and Hughson, The Bee’s No. 4 and No. 5 teams, respectively, put up plenty of points last Friday. The Huskies held Central Valley scoreless on the road at the newly renovated Ceres High stadium and Downey won a shootout against Elk Grove, the No. 19 team in the Sacramento Bee’s rankings.

Turlock, Escalon, Oakdale, Hilmar and Ripon Christian all bounced back from Week 1 losses, evening their record at 1-1.
