Modesto JC Pirates to be featured at QB Club meeting

The Modesto Junior College Pirates will be the featured team at the Modesto Community Quarterback Club meeting Monday, Nov. 7, at noon at Coach’s Corner, 950 E. Oakdale Road, Suite E.

The fee is $10, with lunch and a program included.

All 10 of the city’s high school football coaches and second-year MJC coach Rusty Stivers are invited each week to speak, providing a preview of their teams’ upcoming contests.

The 10 city high schools are Beyer, Davis, Downey, Enochs, Gregori, Johansen and Modesto of the Modesto Metro Conference; Central Catholic of the Valley Oak League; Modesto Christian of the Trans-Valley League; and Big Valley Christian of the Central California Athletic Alliance.
