Katelyn Bogetti has facilitated the Ripon High volleyball team’s offense all season as the team’s setter and on-court voice, leading the team to 30 wins.

The senior is No. 25 in California and No. 8 in the Sac-Joaquin Section in assists as of Friday (842). In her team’s Nov. 19 match against Liberty Ranch in the Division IV section championship match, Bogetti tallied 29 assists to go along with three aces and five digs to lead the Indians to a 3-0 sweep for a blue banner.

The fans noticed her performance, voting her The Bee’s Girls Player of the Week.

Bogetti got 95% of the votes in the weekly poll. She finished ahead of Hughson flag football player Leah Hobby and Big Valley Christian volleyball player Jordan Beers.
