Have a day: Mets’ Wilmer Flores goes 6 for 6

Wilmer Flores led the New York hit parade in Sunday’s 14-3 win over the visiting Chicago Cubs. Flores went 6 for 6 with two home runs. He joined Edgardo Alfonzo as the only two Mets to accomplish the feat.

“Pretty good feeling,” Flores said. “I never thought I was going to get six hits, ever.”
