Seattle Seahawks 2026 Training Camp Dates and Preseason Schedule
We've officially reached the deadest part of the NFL offseason - the three- to four-week gap from the end of minicamp in mid-June until the start of training camp in mid-to-late July - where fans go stir crazy waiting for football to officially return.

Below is Seattle's full training camp schedule and preseason schedule. All practices will be held at Virginia Mason Athletic Center unless otherwise specified and are open to the public. Times are subject to change.

Preseason
Week 1 | Saturday, Aug. 15: vs the Dallas Cowboys, 8 p.m.
Week 2 | Sunday, Aug. 23: at the Tennessee Titans, 8 p.m.
Week 3 | Friday, Aug. 28: at the Kansas City Chiefs, 8 p.m.
The Seahawks open the 2026 regular season with a Week 1 matchup at home against the New England Patriots on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 8:20 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on NBC.
