Stockton Wolves feature 2 locals

The relocated Stockton Wolves, members of the American Indoor Football Association, feature two players with local ties: Quarterback Ryan Victorino (Central Catholic, Merced College), and receiver Brandon Easter (Grace Davis, Modesto Junior College).

The Wolves, who played their games last season at the Cow Palace near San Francisco, open the season April 8 at Stockton Arena against the Las Vegas Cobras.

The Stockton Lightning, an affiliate of the extinct AFL2, played at Stockton Arena from 2006 through ’09.
