MMA event planned for Saturday at DoubleTree hotel
JR Entertainment will be hosting a mixed martial arts event on Saturday at the DoubleTree hotel in downtown Modesto.
The event called “209 BEATDOWN 8” starts at 5:30 p.m. with the doors opening at 4 p.m. and is scheduled to end around 10 p.m.
Tickets range from $40 to $100 and can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/209beatdown-8-tickets-55192179294.
Fighters from the 209 area will face off against the rest of California, according to the event description. Multiple title belts will be on the line. Food, snacks, and beverages will be available for purchase.
