Argus Hamilton: Dueling honorees? That’s par for course in D.C.
Jack Nicklaus was presented with the Congressional Gold Medal on Tuesday by House and Senate leaders. House Speaker John Boehner easily mustered a unanimous vote to honor Nicklaus. That’s because word leaked from the White House that President Obama plans to honor Arnold Palmer.
