Steve Raber: Why wouldn’t a good Republican vote for Donald Trump?
Re “Jeff Denham, do you support Trump or not?” (Page 1D, June 26): I cannot believe some of these linguini-spined Republicans will not come out and support Donald Trump. Do they really want Hillary making lifetime Supreme Court appointments? Do they want her to destroy the Second Amendment? To me it is a clear choice, or is it business as usual and trying to look out for their own careers?
The Republican Party created Trump by running out all of these RINOs (Republican In Name Only) like Mitt Romney, John McCain and Bob Dole. They got hammered by the liberal media and didn’t stand up to them. Trump is a breath of fresh air who needs to shake up the party and get rid of the “Good ol’ boys network.”
Correct me if I’m wrong, but is Trump under FBI Investigation? No. Hillary is. I hope in private they are going to vote for Trump because maybe they are afraid to do it public. Do not get me wrong, Trump has his flaws; but to me it is a clear choice. Hillary will be four more years of the Obama disaster. Or, we can “Make America Great Again.”
