Bill Harper: Don’t allow our parks to be commercialized

I been very lucky to have seen a lot of National Parks and introduced them to my wife and kids. They encompass some of the most beautiful, historic and just plain wonderful parts of our country. I urge everyone to watch Ken Burns’ series about the parks. It’s available on some streaming sites. Creating and preserving the parks was not easy and in some instances contentious since there were those who only saw profit. Visit the parks and make sure those same people don’t get their way by citing costs, etc., as an excuse to make money.
