Nancy Carvalho: Why do prison inmates get better treatment than vets?
Re “Wounded veterans seek help to start families” (Page 1B, June 10): I see that the Veterans Administration has refused IVF fertility treatments for wounded veterans. However, we can spend thousands of dollars to provide sex changes for prison inmates. How crazy is that!
