Dean Baker: Media doesn’t give full picture of Trump’s comments
Some of you Trump news distorters don’t want to display truth. Donald Trump and the judge: The judge is obviously a Mexican by actions and by birth, though an American, too. I was raised by industrious people and I was brought up to be and think like a capitalist. The Mexican was brought up by his parents to think the way he does and is up to his ears in the LaRaza organization. Go figure.
Few reporters even mention this part. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me. Trump doesn’t want Muslims imported by the carload without inspections. Some of you never mention the “vetted” or “inspection” part. Apparently you want more poor potential Democrat voters anyway you can get them.
In about 1946, a Bakersfield developer said there were probably no more than 60 or so Mexican families in Bakersfield. Today, that town is overwhelmed by Mexicans.
When I was in the army, being captured was considered a real no-no, not the mark of a hero. Trump’s distinction between those captured vs. those who served was made in the heat of running for office. I am fearful the socialists will overwhelm conservatives in this country as has happened in California.
