Ken Garst: Stop using veterans to further your personal agenda
As a Vietnam era veteran with service associated physical and psychological issues, I find it very annoying to be used by bombastic politicians to further their own ends.“I gave more than she gave,” and “I care more than she cares,” and on and on. It sounds like my second-grade playground. Just shut up and do whatever you think is right and fair without opening your mouth and self-aggrandizing.
