Dan McLeod: Fight a war in Middle East now, or a world-war later
In recent months we have seen citizens of the most powerful countries in the world victimized by ISIS and Al-Qaeda. In another time, the world would be united in eradicating such a threat to their citizenry. Unfortunately our leadership as Americans has been diminished to the point we no longer command admiration and trust from our allies. They cannot act in a meaningful way and are lost without America’s power. The Middle East will continue to fester until the world once again finds America reassuming the role of world leader.
A world war is coming. It can be fought an a small scale now ... or a world conflagration in 10 years. Elections do matter.
