Samuel Anderson: Offering voters a real choice for Senate District 5
When San Joaquin County voters go to the polls on June 7, they’ll see Samuel Anderson’s name as the first of their three ballot choices in State Senate District 5.
But that’s about all you’ll know about me, a tried-and-true conservative Republican, unless you first visit my campaign website (http://samforsenate.com) to see how I’m fighting to defend your family, your constitutional rights and your livelihood.
You deserve to see the evidence that both Cathleen Galgiani and Alan Nakanishi favor one or more ways to raise taxes and fees on your family and your small business. You’ll see her tax-hike voting record and his March 29 pledge to make it easier for cities to “raise taxes and fees locally.” Ask yourself – do I want jobs and the economy to suffer even more?
In addition to being the only State Senate candidate with a website, I’ve been campaigning harder and in more places than my opponents, who apparently presume you’ll vote for them because they have been or already are state legislators. But isn’t this the exact kind of entitlement mindset you want to vote against and get rid of on election day?
