Loreta Freitas: If we replace old toilets, we can save a lot of water

We all know there is a lot of water going down the drain, especially when you flush a toilet. I replaced my toilets and now have toilets that use less water to flush. But I wonder how many old toilets need to be replaced, especially in nursing and convalescent homes. I just spent a few weeks in one, and their toilets kept running after the tank was full. The ladies who work there said all the toilets leaked that way. I think hotels and motels should be checked, also. Have the water guys considered checking them? I bet there are a lot of old toilets that need to be replaced.
