Pamela LaChapell: Integrity, productivity, service are Marks’ hallmarks

I am thrilled to know Cindy Marks is running for Assembly and The Modesto Bee is endorsing her! I have watched Cindy over the years as she has served on the Modesto City School board and numerous state boards and committees. I have seen that she is a true public servant.

Possessing a gift for persuasion, she researches, studies and listens, which is how she has earned a reputation as a coalition-builder. Cindy acts on what she believes is right, and with her proven track record we can be sure she will continue – even if it means she must swim against the Sacramento current on some issues. I greatly admire her courage, principles, accessibility and the seriousness with which she takes her responsibilities to make decisions to better our families and communities.

Cindy Marks has demonstrated wisdom, intelligence and integrity on the school board. District 12 could have no better person to represent them in the State Assembly.
