Vicki Rice: Earth Day was great, and is making a difference
This year’s 27th Earth Day in the Park festival was a great success because of all of you! Special thanks to our incredible sponsors who donated so generously, our vendors who provided information, products and services and certainly our attendees who celebrated with all of us to make this community-wide event a special day to remember in Modesto.
Collectively our outreach is making a difference as we continue to find new ways to reduce, reuse and recycle and preserve our resources through conservation. We appreciate each and every one of your efforts and look forward to seeing you at our next Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Graceada Park.
