Dennis Wann: Engineering for Tuolumne project was done in Modesto

Re “Pipe laid beneath Tuolumne River” (Page A1, Jan. 17): The story about the installation of sanitary sewer lines under the Tuolumne River describes a bold and challenging undertaking. It is important to note that the engineering design and permitting for the project was performed by O’Dell Engineering of Modesto. Kudos to the city of Modesto for recognizing local talent and keeping their investment here in the community.
