Kathy Munoz: Congress finds ways to tax waiters, why not billionaires?

Our Congress was able to get to the bottom of waiters and waitresses getting away with the extra untaxed dollar by taxing by 8 percent every restaurant receipt written – whether the waiters get a tip or not! What Congress appears unable to do is to ensure that offshore money is declared and taxed. Democracy continues to work successfully when it applies equally to all.

Thanks to the news reporting we will see the full extent of this fraud that weakens our democracy.
