Ron Jeske: Don’t judge Cosby until you have all the facts

To be sure, Bill Cosby has had as storied a career as many Hollywood celebrities. When you compare him to movie stars, or football player Ray Rice (punched his fiancé unconscious while drunk), none of them are saints. The Turlock Community Theater booked Cosby months ago and likely has a penalty clause for cancellation, unless the theater burns down. They are just trying to make a dollar and entertain.

If anyone wishes to, there is an option for backing out of their tickets. Let your values drive your decision. I have seen Cosby perform and I enjoyed his show, and did not worry about who was waiting in the limo or hotel if it wasn’t his wife. Hollywood has too many un-marrieds living together for any of them to raise a hackle over one show at a small theater. Judge not, lest you be judged, especially without all of the facts.
