Alice Olea: Graffiti is destroying a beautiful city

Maybe it is just me, but I really hate all the graffiti in Modesto and surrounding cities. We need some really severe laws to punish these criminals. Graffiti is painted on buildings, fences, houses – it’s ridiculous and it just keeps getting worse. Modesto is being trashed and nothing is being done about it. Everywhere you go you see graffiti. It is a shame to destroy such a beautiful city.
