Robert Garcia: Calculate water to salmon; are higher flows working?

I know they always get a salmon count at the Orange Blossom spawning area above Oakdale on the Stanislaus River. And I know they know the exact amount of water released above what would be the normal flow down the river to the ocean to allow these fish to get there. Now let’s divide the number of fish by the acre feet number and see how much it takes to get a salmon to Orange Blossom.
