Alex Aguiniga: Adding safety features to cars would save lives

Twenty major car manufacturers signed a pact that would make autonomous emergency braking a safety feature by 2022. Ignition interlock devices have been around for many years and do not let your vehicle start when it detects alcohol. Imagine how many lives would be saved if that one was placed in every car sold just this year alone.
