Sarah Hardy: Metal bands are loud, but not Satanic

I find it so shocking that people still think this but it happens. People still like to believe that metal music is satanic. It’s not. Just because a band screams or wears black or has a dark name like Black Veil Brides does not mean its music is satanic. Each metal band stands for something good, like battling self harm and bullying. No, we don’t worship Satan; but our music preferences are just different than yours. Just because it’s different does not mean it’s bad. Listen to the meaning before you judge the screaming.
