Loretta White: Party of old white people? That would be the Democrats

For years, Democrats have spun the idea that the Republican Party is the political party of old white people. This year’s GOP presidential candidates include one of the world’s foremost neurosurgeons, who is African-American, two senators who are Hispanic and a female former Fortune 100 business executive among others.

It is the Democrats who are the actual party of old white people. We have 68-year-old Hillary Clinton, who hasn’t driven a car in 20 years and broke all kinds of laws in putting 1,300 documents on her personal unsecured server and asked her employees to break the law. She belongs in the big house, not the White House. Then we have 74-year-old Bernie Sanders, one of the nation’s top socialists, who once wrote a paper insisting women fantasize about rape. Sanders doesn’t exactly seem to be the one to talk about women’s issues. This is today’s Democrat Party.

After seven years of a president who fought relentlessly to double the national debt, who presided over the worst economic recovery since World War II, and left our nation with the lowest labor participation rate since 1977, Democrats should not hope for a third Obama term. Hell should freeze over first.
