Violet Tudor: City doesn’t care about neighborhood auto repair ‘shop’

I live in a residential area in Modesto. I have lived here for over 19 years. My neighbor has been running an auto repair shop from his house for over 10 years. We have put up with tow trucks dropping cars off day and night. He has a dozen cars parked up and down the street. He has eight abandoned cars with no motors on our street. I have called the city but nothing gets done. The police drive by and do nothing. Because I don’t live where the city officials live, nobody gives a damn.
