Interesting trajectory of storms in the Pacific; they should be coming straight into California, but we only catch the tail end of these huge storms. So we get quarter-inch of rain, while Oregon to the north gets 2 feet and Texas is equally flooded. Could it be possible the jet stream is being manipulated?
