Jeff Azlin: Obama using nonsense stats to justify a gun grab

All the “common sense” gun laws that President Barack Obama is demanding are already in place in California, but didn’t prevent the San Bernardino shooting. Even Obama’s spokesperson admitted the laws wouldn’t have helped. Now he wants those on the no-fly list banned from purchasing guns, even though that wouldn’t have prevented the shooting either.

What exactly are these common-sense laws that are going to keep us all safe? On a side note, if people on the no-fly list are so dangerous, why aren’t they locked up?

All the nonsensical statistics about 85 percent of gun owners want more gun control, that there have been 355 mass shootings this year and that these types of shootings don’t happen in other countries is absurd. Where are the fact-checkers when these patently false “facts” are spouted by the pundits and politicians? The truth is simple, the liberal gun-grabbers won’t be happy until the Second Amendment is completely gutted and every gun in this country has been melted down into a solar panel or a windmill.

Suspend the Constitution, send the Brown Shirts to every house in America and confiscate every weapon. The only law that will possibly prevent these types of shootings is martial law.
