The holiday season reminds us all to be thankful and generous, to open our wallets and hearts to help support agencies like Wags and Whiskers Rescue (wawr.org), a “no-kill” shelter, and other groups who feed, shelter, care for and provide medical help for countless dogs and cats in our area. Go to their websites to see the needs of these groups and determine how you can help by donating items, money or soliciting corporate support for groups working tirelessly to help dogs and cats find their “forever” homes.
Tis the Season to do more – to promote kindness and love to animals who need and deserve our generosity and help.
