Gene Lewis: Ceres should charge for parking at soccer fields
Hey Ceres, nice parking lot for the soccer fields, new plants and blacktop. Why not more parking in the empty dirt field in front of the fields, people are parking there, too? Also, why not charge admission to the fields on weekends; it would help to pay for the upkeep.
