Joy Bloomingcamp: OID isn’t broken, thanks to Frank Clark

Frank Clark currently serves as Director of the Oakdale Irrigation District (OID). He is up for re-election on November 3rd. Frank has lived in Oakdale most of his life and has been very active in supporting our community. His accomplishments have been significant. School Board member for 10 years, Oakdale Citizen of the Year, Stanislaus County Senior Citizen of the Year, Oakdale Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award, President & Founder of Oakdale Senior Citizen Foundation and numerous other community awards and recognitions.

The same dedication and hard work Frank has put into our community he has also put forth during his 14 years as an Oakdale Irrigation District director. Four years into the state’s worst drought and OID customers have had sufficient water, $40 million-plus in the bank. If it isn’t broke, do not try to fix it.

Re-elect Frank to another four year term.

Joy Bloomingcamp, Oakdale
