Kim Whitemyer: Clark best choice in OID board race

Voters of the Oakdale Irrigation District will be asked to elect or re-elect three board members in November. I strongly recommend that Frank Clark be re-elected to represent Division 1. Over the course of the past 14 years Frank has exhibited strong leadership and business skills to the benefit of OID. We are so fortunate in this district to have ample water during the worst drought in our recorded history, $41 million in cash reserves and the annexing of several thousand acres of additional land which assures our water will be used locally.
