Michael Rollins: Turlock should have had a better plan
I have lived in Turlock since 1980. I am a retired firefighter from the city of Turlock Fire Department, 1980-2008. The roads in Turlock have been going downhill for years. I live in an area that already pays a tax to maintain roads. The city knew of this road problem for years and did not save for today. Now they want taxpayers to pay for their lack of planning. Turlock’s lack of planning for road repair does not create an emergency for the taxpayer. Vote no on Measure "B"
