Pat Silva: Brem means leadership

Mike Brem’s candidacy is a great opportunity for Turlock’s citizens to bring the perfect combination of proven skills and strength of character to the mayoral office. Mike has served this community for many years. In working with Mike at SupHerb Farms, here are Mike’s key leadership traits:

▪ Leadership with a strong problem solving focus – he developed solutions that reflected his many years of successful business acumen.

▪ Leadership with fairness and knowledge – his seasoned judgment resulted in decisions that were balanced and objective.

▪ Leadership with understanding – he actively sought out employee interaction at all levels.

▪ Leadership by putting others first – he welcomed ideas besides his own and supported everyone’s efforts.

Mike’s public and personal life embody community service. He acts to improve the welfare of others. Not being a fan of “politics,” he gave considerable thought to running for mayor, but finally decided to do it because he became convinced that he could best serve Turlock in this role. Someone said, “Turlock deserves a mayor who runs for office because he wants to better our community.” Mike will make sound decisions with a collaborative approach.

Pat Silva, Manteca
