Herb Henry: God made marriage sacred
Our creator has established laws in His grand universe by which we can navigate the seas and airways, as well as the astral plains. He has also instituted ordinances in our world by which we can successfully navigate the seas of life. Among the most sacred are matrimony and family. These were established in the beginning according to Genesis and affirmed by the Son of God in the New Testament. To defy these laws is defy God. Wisdom should tell us that such infractions are not only foolish but consequential. On the horizon there are clouds of judgment starting to arise. I need not delineate them. Open your eyes and see for yourself ... unless you are blind. Perhaps that is America’s problem, today. She has lost the vision that once guided her down the “straight and narrow.” My prayer is that we will in some way be led by God’s grace back to that guiding light that once made us the “shining city on a hill.”
