Potty training at birth is parent training

I had to laugh as a young mother of two girls, ages 4 years and 20 months, at the article "Parents starting diaper-free potting training at birth" (Aug. 28). That's not potty training, or child training, that's parent training.

I'm not willing to waste my time holding a kid over a toilet until they do their business. When they are old enough and ready for potty training, you'll know. My mother-in-law has said her Grandma use to claim one of her children was potty trained at three months, so these kind of delusional parents have been around for a long time.
