Kathy Connley: Trimming trees will cost city less in long run

If our city leaders can’t find the money to trim our trees, can they at least find enough to trim the limbs that block stop signs? If someone accidentally runs one of those obstructed signs, it could very well cost the city more than the wages of a few tree trimmers.
