Ted Trujillo: Has anyone figured out how much water people need?
A simple question I am sure somebody has figured out already. What is the level of water where there is only enough water left for the people in the state? There has to be a level. I know we are all hoping for “El Nino” to save us, but what if it doesn’t come? Do we have enough water for the population for the next year? What if it doesn’t come for five years? Can we support the population as it exists? When do the people come first?
