Re “Being gay isn’t unnatural” (Letters, July 20): Ever wonder where the word sodomy came from? Try reading a graphic account of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 18:19-33 and 19:1-16 in your Bible and why God destroyed those two cities.

Also read Romans 1:22-32 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-20 for an extended list of what the Bible calls the “unrighteous” who will not make it into Heaven. It will surprise you who will be “doomed,” as you put it. Yes, you will find the word “homosexual” in your Bible if you read the above readings.

I can’t find anything in the Bible about where animals go after death, but the Bible is explicit about where humans go. Where did you say you got your information?
