Judy Olson: Not all women agonize over abortion

Re “A cynical attack on Planned Parenthood” (Our View, July 20): I take offense at the point made by your editorial board that no woman chooses abortion “lightly.” Untruths such as this are intended to make the public accept abortion as a birth-control method, an easy way out. Some, or even many, women may agonize over the decision, but certainly not all. Fallacies about current social issues destroying wholesome family life and those issues that promote the legalizing of drug use are designed to create “grey areas” of right and wrong. Our culture is spiraling downward as a result.
